How do I submit my product?

Go to the Submit page, sign in with your email address (no password needed — we send a magic link), then fill in your product name, tagline, description, website URL, and optional logo URL. Your listing goes live immediately.

Is it free to submit?

Yes. Submitting your product to LaunchBuff and entering the tournament is completely free.

How does the tournament work?

Each fortnightly tournament has 16 products in a bracket. Products are matched head-to-head. Community members visit both products and vote for the one they prefer. Voting runs for 14 days. The product with the most votes in each matchup advances. The last product standing wins the tournament.

Who can vote?

Any registered user who has submitted a product can vote. You need to visit both products in a matchup before your vote is unlocked — this ensures votes come from people who have actually looked at both products.

What does the winner get?

The tournament winner earns a community-voted winner badge (embeddable on your site), featured placement on the LaunchBuff homepage and leaderboard, and a permanent listing with a backlink from launchbuff.com.

When is the next tournament?

Check the homepage for the countdown to the next tournament start date. Spots are limited to 16 products per bracket. Submit early to secure your place.

Can I submit a product I don't own?

No. Only the product owner or an authorised representative may submit and claim a product listing. Submitting products you do not own or have no authority over is a violation of our Terms of Service.

My product was auto-added but I didn't submit it. What do I do?

We occasionally discover products from public sources and add them with an unclaimed listing. If you find your product listed, click "Claim this listing" on the product page to take ownership. If you'd like it removed, email us at [email protected].

How do I update or remove my listing?

Sign in to your account and go to your listing page. You can edit the product details there. To remove a listing entirely, email us at [email protected] with your product name and the email address associated with your account.

I found a bug or something isn't working.
